Clutter is full of vitamins and minerals. It stimulates the removal of waste products and fluids, giving it a blood purifying effect. Cleavers are therefore often fed to horses that are sensitive to moisture in the legs (stable legs). Adhesive herb supports the functioning of the lymph nodes, contributes to flexible joints and ensures a beautiful and healthy coat.

Horses generally like to eat cleavers. If there is some here and there in the meadow, they often graze it away. If it is a lot and crowding out the grass and other herbs, it may be necessary to remove it. Do not use poison for this. In any case, the question is whether this is useful in the long term, because cleavers do well on polluted and exhausted soil. If you weed the cleavers, you can then feed it to your horse(s) or use it for yourself. You can also dry it first and then feed it.

If you are going to feed herbs on your own, you should of course know what you are doing, even with a safe herb like cleavers, because confusion about the species can arise. A safe option is to use a cleavers supplement.
