Webstore Software – PrestaShop

Our webshop is built using PrestaShop software. The personal data you provide to us is shared with PrestaShop to provide technical support only. PrestaShop uses SSL encryption and strong password policies to protect your data and does not use your data for its own purposes.

Web Hosting – De Websmid

Our hosting and email services are provided by De Websmid. They do not use your data and have implemented strict technical and organizational security measures. They are bound by confidentiality agreements.


Newsletter – MailChimp

We send our newsletters via MailChimp. Your email and name are stored securely and not used for other purposes. Each newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. MailChimp uses cookies to track email open rates and improve its service. They may share anonymized data with third parties.


Email – De Websmid

All business email traffic runs through De Websmid. They’ve taken steps to avoid loss, abuse, or corruption of data. They do not access our inbox, and we treat all correspondence confidentially.


Payment Processing – Mollie

We use Mollie to process online payments. Mollie processes your name, address, and payment information securely and may share anonymized data for service improvement. Your data is stored no longer than legally required.


Reviews – WebwinkelKeur

We collect product reviews through WebwinkelKeur. If you leave a review, they may share your name and email with us. These are only used to verify your order. WebwinkelKeur may contact you to follow up and uses third-party services with equal data protection agreements.


Shipping – DPD

For delivery, we share your name and address with DPD. They use this information solely to carry out delivery. If DPD works with subcontractors, your data may be shared with them as well.


Why We Collect Your Data

General Purpose of Processing

Your data is used only to fulfill the services you requested. We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing. If we ever wish to contact you beyond your original request, we will ask for permission first.

We may need to share your data for accounting or legal compliance purposes. In such cases, we only work with partners who are contractually bound to confidentiality.
