Returning at Ridershouse | Easy, Clear & Hassle-Free!

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Ridershouse. Still, it can happen that an item isn’t exactly what you expected. No worries – we make returning your order as easy as possible.

Return Conditions

  • You have 14 days to cancel your order without giving any reason.
  • After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your products.
  • Products must be undamaged, clean and unused.
  • Labels, tags and original packaging must be present and intact.
  • Trying on is allowed, but signs of use (such as dirt, hair or damage) may result in a reduction of the refund.

Exceptions to Returns

  • Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned.
  • Supplements or care products can only be returned if unopened and sealed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours so we can resolve this quickly and at no cost to you. If possible, send photos of the issue via WhatsApp: +31 6 575 25 625. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Costs & Refunds

  • Return Shipping Costs
    Returning your order is at your own expense.
    You will pay an average of €8.75 to return your package.
    Exact prices depend on your chosen carrier, so we recommend checking their current rates.
  • Return Label via Ridershouse
    If you prefer, we can provide a return label for you. The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund.
  • Refund of Your Order
    You will receive a full refund of all returned products.
    Did you not pay any shipping costs when placing your order? Then you will receive the full amount back.
    Did you pay shipping costs? These will not be refunded, as they are part of the delivery service.

    Example:
    Order amount: €100.00
    Shipping costs: €7.99
    Refund in case of full return: €92.01

What You Should Know

  • The product must be returned in good condition and preferably in its original packaging.
    If we notice that an item or its packaging is more damaged than necessary to evaluate it, we may deduct a depreciation fee.
  • Please handle the product carefully and pack it securely before sending it back.

  • Pack the product securely to avoid damage during transport.
  • Send your package according to the return instructions we provide.
  • Once we receive and check your return, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Refund

Your refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for your original purchase.
