KASK liners ensure an optimal fit and determine the final helmet size. You first choose the correct shell size (S, M or L) and then select the matching liner size for a perfect fit. Made from Merino wool: breathable, antibacterial, comfortable and moisture-absorbing, helping to reduce skin irritation.
KASK liners – the perfect fit starts inside
KASK liners are essential for the fit of your helmet. The outer shell (S, M or L) provides the base, while the liner determines the exact size. By choosing the right combination, you achieve a helmet that fits perfectly.
How sizing works
Always start with the correct shell size:
- S shell: 52 – 56
- M shell: 57 – 59
- L shell: 60 – 63
Within that shell, you select your exact liner size. Important: always match the liner with the correct shell. Incorrect combinations will not fit and can affect safety and comfort.
Merino wool – natural comfort and hygiene
The liners are made from high-quality Merino wool. This material is naturally antibacterial, breathable and highly comfortable. It absorbs moisture and helps reduce skin irritation.
Fresh and replaceable
The liners are easy to replace, keeping your helmet fresh and comfortable at all times.
