Complaints Procedure – Ridershouse

At Ridershouse, we do our best to offer the highest level of service. However, if something didn’t go as expected, we’re here to help.

If you have a complaint, please don’t hesitate to contact us first via email at support@ridershouse.nl. Include your order number and a clear description of the issue. We treat every complaint seriously and aim to respond within a few working days.

Are you a customer within the EU? You can also submit your complaint through the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform:
