Liners
Samshield Liners – A Perfect Fit for Every Rider
The Samshield liners ensure a perfect fit, maximum comfort, and superior safety. Thanks to the removable and washable memory foam, the liners are hygienic, durable, and easy to replace. With several liner models available, every rider can find the ideal balance between stability, ventilation, and support.
Liners for 2.0 and Miss Shield 2.0
- Liner Shadow – Closed at the front for increased stability, without compromising ventilation.
- Liner Premium – Open at the front for enhanced airflow, while maintaining stability.
- Liner Round – Specially designed for rounder head shapes. Extra padding on the sides provides a secure and comfortable fit.
Liners for XC / XJ / XJ Miss models
- Liner Closed – Closed at the front, perfect for riders who need extra stability.
- Liner Open – Open at the front, allowing greater airflow and breathability, ideal for long or intense rides.
Winter Liner
For the colder months, Samshield offers the Winter Liner, designed to provide warmth and protection without sacrificing comfort. This liner is based on the classic Samshield liner and features a Windstopper® flap lined with synthetic fur. It ensures effective protection against wind and cold while maintaining maximum breathability. The internal memory foam delivers the same comfort and support as a standard liner.
The Winter Liner is compatible with Premium, Shadow, Miss, and 2.0 helmets, and clips easily into the helmet in place of the regular liner.
Sizing
Samshield liners are available in Small, Medium Large and Extra large shell sizes and in various in-between sizes, ensuring every rider finds their perfect fit. Thanks to the interchangeable system, you can easily adjust your size or improve the fit without the need to purchase a new helmet.
