The SEAVER gas cartridges are securely screwed into the SAFEFIT airbag vests. These cartridges ensure that in the event of a fall, the vest inflates instantly, absorbing the shock and keeping you well protected.

The SAFEFIT vest must never be used without a gas cartridge. Only a cartridge compatible with your SAFEFIT vest guarantees proper activation of the airbag system and optimal protection.

Please note:

• For sizes XXS and XS, use a 24-gram cartridge.
• For all other sizes, use a 33-gram cartridge.

Horse riding is one of the most high-risk sports, which is why airbag vests have become an essential safety innovation in equestrian sports. Not only beginners and pony riders, but also more and more experienced riders choose the added protection of an airbag vest.

The system is simple: a cord attached to the airbag vest is connected to a saddle strap on the saddle. If tension occurs during a fall, the cartridge is triggered and the vest inflates within milliseconds, protecting vital areas like the neck, thorax, back, rib cage, lower back, pelvis and sacrum just before impact.

After a fall, there is no need to replace the entire vest. Simply screw in a new cartridge and the vest is ready for use again.
