The headpiece and browband are made of a piece tot take pressure of the poll (1st and second cervical vertebrae) Unique throatlatch system linked to the noseband to ensure that the headpiece sits behind the 2nd cervical vertebra (this throatlatch must fit snugly against the cheeks). 1/2 (13mm) flash strap. Not suitable for horses that show no sign of 1st and 2nd cervical vertebral issues. Cosult your veterinary surgeon.
