Horse Thermometer – Instructions for Use

• Normal temperature: Take several readings of your horse’s temperature when it is healthy and rested to know its normal range.
• To start: Hold down the button. First, 188.8 will appear on the display, then Lo, then 37.0, Lo again, and finally a blinking C. The thermometer is now ready to use. Measurement takes about 20–25 seconds and finishes with a beep.
• To switch off: Hold down the button to switch off the device and save the battery. If not switched off manually, the thermometer will shut down automatically after a few minutes.
• Cleaning: Wash the thermometer with soap and lukewarm water. Do not immerse the entire device in water.
• Product information: The thermometer is made of ABS plastic.
• Temperature range: 32–42.9 degrees Celsius.
• Accuracy: +/- 0.1 degrees Celsius. Avoid shocks, extreme heat, and cold.
