Use for riders

Use on horses

For horses, Tedax® may be used to repel mosquitoes, flies and stable flies. The product is only suitable for horses that are not intended for consumption.

When used on horses, Tedax® should only be applied before riding. Apply the product indoors in a well-ventilated area or outdoors above a paved surface. This helps prevent soil contamination.

Rinsing treated horses is only permitted at indoor washing areas or at least above a paved surface.

Use on dogs

Tedax® may be used on dogs to repel mosquitoes and ticks. The 100 ml TO GO size is especially convenient to take with you during forest walks, holidays or other outdoor adventures with your dog.

Apply the product indoors in a well-ventilated area or outdoors above a paved surface only. Rinsing treated dogs is only permitted indoors at a suitable washing area or above a paved surface.

Active ingredient

Tedax® works with icaridin, also known as Saltidin®. This ingredient is known as an effective alternative to DEET. Icaridin does not damage plastics, is less irritating and provides powerful protection against biting insects.
