Featuring a carbon outer shell, in-molding technology and unique temporal protection, it delivers exceptional impact resistance. The helmet is delivered without liner. The interior liner must be ordered separately to create the correct size.

Freejump VORONOÏ CARBON Riding Helmet – Next Generation Protection

The Freejump VORONOÏ CARBON combines advanced safety technology with premium design. It has been engineered to provide optimal impact absorption, with special attention to the most vulnerable areas of the skull.

Carbon outer shell

The outer shell is made from carbon fiber, a high-tech material composed of interwoven fiber layers. This construction provides exceptional strength and impact resistance while keeping the helmet extremely lightweight.

In-molding technology

A polycarbonate layer is directly molded over the inner shell. This additional barrier between the carbon outer shell and the EPS foam enhances structural integrity and shock absorption.

Low-density EPS foam

The combination of carbon and in-molding allows the use of highly absorbent low-density EPS foam. This ensures outstanding impact absorption performance.

Unique temporal protection

The VORONOÏ CARBON is the first riding helmet featuring optional removable temporal protection. This system protects the temple area, one of the most fragile parts of the skull. For maximum safety, we recommend choosing the full configuration with temporal protection.

Lightweight comfort

Weighing approximately 500g without temporal protection and approximately 600g with protection, this helmet offers exceptional comfort for long riding sessions. The interior liner is made from premium Italian fabric and is washable at 30°C.

Please note: The helmet is delivered without liner. The correct liner must be purchased separately to determine the exact size.

Shell sizes and fit

The VORONOÏ CARBON is available in three shell sizes:

• S shell: compatible with liners from 52 to 56 cm
• M shell: compatible with liners from 55 to 59 cm
• L shell: compatible with liners from 58 to 62 cm

The liner determines the exact fit and ensures optimal comfort and safety.

The helmet meets the highest international safety standards:

It has also received a 3 out of 5 star rating from the independent Virginia Tech Helmet Lab.
