The Samshield XJ Liner is specifically designed for Samshield 2.0 helmets and ensures a perfect fit, maximum comfort and optimal hygiene. This upgraded inner liner features a durable clip-in system, which offers greater strength and stability than the traditional Velcro used in earlier models. It's easy to insert, remove and stays securely in place.

The closed Samshield XJ liner is sealed at the front, providing a snug, secure fit.
There’s also an open-front XJ liner available, offering extra ventilation.

Is your XJ helmet slightly too tight, but the next size up feels too loose? Try the open liner — it relieves pressure on the forehead and helps you achieve a more comfortable and precise fit.

The liner is also machine washable at 30°C, keeping your helmet clean and fresh, even with regular use.

Please note: this liner is only compatible with Samshield XJ helmets. Liners from the other Samshield models are not interchangeable.
