Our chest protector is the perfect solution for horses prone to chafing at pressure points. This product offers additional protection and prevents rubbing, making it ideal for horses with sensitive skin or clipped coats.

What makes it special? This chest protector is designed to be worn under stable blankets, under rugs, or rain sheets, effectively preventing rubbing and discomfort at sensitive areas. It is simple to use – just slide the protector over the horse’s neck and secure the Velcro closure behind the front legs. This provides immediate comfort and protection.

Materials & Fabrics: The outer layer of the chest protector is made from a blend of polyester and lycra, making it durable and flexible. The inner layer features a combination of lycra and our premium artificial rabbit fur, strategically placed at areas most prone to rubbing. Thanks to the lycra, the protector adapts perfectly to the horse's body shape. The Velcro closure ensures a secure and firm fit behind the front legs.

Size & Fit: The chest protector is available in four sizes: S, M, L, XL. It comes in a classic black color, making it suitable for any blanket or tack.

Care Instructions: Our chest protector is machine washable at 30°C. We recommend washing it as little as possible to extend its lifespan. When washing, use a laundry bag to preserve its quality. Using a professional washing machine (with larger capacity) is advised to prevent damage from clumping. Hang the product to dry on a sunny day, and avoid using a tumble dryer.
