Comfort with Merino wool liner

The inner liner is made of 100% Merino wool. This natural fibre is breathable, temperature regulating and naturally antibacterial. It helps keep the helmet fresh and comfortable during warm days or intense rides. The liner is removable and washable at 30°C.

Maximum protection and ventilation

The inner shell consists of three layers of expanded polystyrene that ensure excellent shock absorption and protection. The double honeycomb ventilation system provides continuous airflow and keeps the rider’s head cool.

Patented KASK FIT system

Frequently asked questions about KASK helmets

How do I know which helmet size I need?
Measure the circumference of your head just above the eyebrows with a measuring tape. The measured centimetres correspond with the helmet size.

Does liner size 56 fit in an M shell?
No. Liner size 56 belongs in an S shell. An M shell starts at size 57.

Size 55 is too small and size 56 slightly too big. What should I do?
We offer special lateral inserts. These small adhesive pads can be placed inside the helmet to reduce the size by approximately half a size.

Why does the helmet use a Merino wool liner?
Merino wool is naturally antibacterial, breathable and temperature regulating. This helps prevent odours and keeps the helmet comfortable during long rides.
